BRIEF INTRODUCTION
NYP series internal gear pump is a kind of new positive displacement pump, and is desiened according to the diferent field's requirements of petroleum, chemical industry, paint grease, medicine, foodstuff and so on. It widely applies to a variety ofmediums with different property and viscosity because of special structure and selected different pump' s materials.
Proper medium temperature:-10ºC~200ºC ;
Proper medium viscosity:1.0cSt-300,000cSt.

Features:

The pumps are mainly composed of internal and external rotor, shaft, casing, front cover, seal, bearing etc.The pump's seal adopts packing seal or mechanical seal, when the delivered medium is high temperature, high viscosity orstrong corrosion, packing seal is adopted.
When the delivered medium is easy crystalline, we can design the heat preservation acket on casine and front cover to metthe medium with steam when working.
The pump can be also fitted with the safety valve.
The pump set is composed of pumpmotor and baseplate.
seen from the extension end of the spindle to the pump, it rotates clockwise.

temperature can reach 200°C.

The pump's flow capacity can be changed through adjusting the speed.
Specially suited to deliver high viscosity medium.
