FEATURE
 it is used in hydraulic system to deliver non-corrosiveness lubrication oil at temperature below 150'c or equivalent liquid withoulsolid particles and fibers and with the viscosity of 5.1500cSt. Stainless steel material pump can be used to transfer food oil andcorrosive liquid.
APPLICATION
In the transfer oil system can be used for transmission, booster pump;
In the fuel oil system can be used as a transport, pressure, jet fuel pump;
In the hydraulic drive system can be used to provide hydraulic power of hydraulic pump;
In all industrial fields, all can be used as lubricating oil pump.
STURCTURE
KCB series gear pump are mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump casing, cover, safety valve and shaft seal and other componentsThe heat-treated possess the advantage of higher hardness and intensity and fixed onto the shaft rotating inside the replace ableshaft sleeves. All pump parts can be automatically lubricated by delivering medium when the pump is working. it is properly designed with leakage and return chute, which lets gears bear the least torque force and reduces load and wear onhearings, in order improve the efficiency of the pump.
 The pump is designed with safety valve for protection against overload, The full return flow pressure of safety valve is 1.5 timeshigher than the rated discharge pressure of the pump. lt can also be adjusted within the allowance of exhausting pressurerange in actual practice. But please note that safety valve can't be working as pressure reducing valve for long time. You may install pressure reducing valve separately on pipelines needed.
